If I buy one of the art, music or photography pieces, how do I receive it?Shipping for ARTvision pieces is free to buyers, and will generally arrive in the month of January via FedEx Ground. Artists have agreed to ship their pieces to you directly if you do not pick them up at the New Year's Eve celebration. Back to top

How long are ARTvision pieces available?ARTvision sales normally close on December 31, or until the supply of artwork has been exhausted. However, last year's sales were extended well into the New Year. Check back frequently for sales updates throughout the month of December. Back to top

Is it possible to request an image I like in a different format?Very often the answer to that is "yes." Just send us an e-mail and give us your request and we'll try and make it happen. Back to top

How are ARTvision purchases executed?Buyers fill out an "Agreement to Purchase" form on this site and it is forwarded to Will Pollock with a cc to the artist and Michael Baker. Following receipt of the Purchase Agreement, buyer will be instructed to donate directly to Positive Impact via its secure Web site. Upon receipt of Internet confirmation of the donation, the item(s) will be either shipped out or made ready for pick-up on New Year's Eve. If item is shipped, please allow 2 to 4 weeks after the New Year for purchase to arrive. Back to top
