So many people to thank for ARTvision... This event is a collaborative effort and I so appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm and support. Go to our Honor Roll

First and foremost, thanks to our
artists and buyers, both new and returning - you helped produce nearly 20 purchases and $3,500+ in 2008 and are absolutely the lifeblood of ARTvision. You are all treasures for helping to raise such a great chunk of change in a challenged economy.

We are nearing the $10,000 mark of funds raised over four years.

Also, to Michael Baker at
Positive Impact for his support and energy in spurring the event into a new dimension. Michael’s transformational work with the agency has created new connections and renewed urgency of which we absolutely can’t lose sight.

Also, sending thanks...

...to
Mike Fleming, for going from ace reporter to fan to buyer in a matter of weeks; to Kurt Schreiber, for new friendship and energetic involvement; to Michele Segre, Sean Mansfield, Rocky Modena and Jim Detmer for making the New Year’s Eve Gourmet Pizza Extravaganza so successful, lively and fun; to Larry and John for their heater generosity on New Year’s; to Phil Palmer, owner of Radial Cafe, for donating his space to us and throwing such a great closing party (the event helped raise an additional $500, and counting).

...to Paul Plate, for his great leadership of
Positive Impact, and to Toni Ross Weir, for her enthusiasm, new PI position and ARTvision purchase; to all of our visitors who didn’t purchase but who came to look anyway, both online and in person - we hope to convince you for the 2009 event; and to JD Isaacs, who with his shop, Rose² Gallery & Framing, was an ARTvision artist, framer and cheerleader all rolled up into one.

There are so many other people to thank - if I’ve forgotten you, please no that I’m grateful for your support and friendship.
