His “Palm Lagoon,” an ARTvision 2011 exclusive, offers us an illusory look at a South Florida waterway.“I shot this one morning in deep south Miami-Dade County, within two or three hundred yards of the Homestead Air Force Base,” he says. “The rows of palms were all flooded as I drove around looking for likely shots.
“This one had the look of an actual waterway densely bordered by palms and underbrush,” he adds. “The water was only about six inches deep, but the visual effect is much deeper.”
