Trust me, we'll see Julia Murney in the movies... for now,
we more immediately know and love her as the green-painted
Elphaba in the traveling show of "Wicked."
This past October, Julia completed a lengthy Broadway run of the same show in the same starring role - and was recently interviewed by Pat Sajak on "Wheel of Fortune." Holy crap!
Julia is a dear friend from back in my NYC days, and she's donated her poignant, lyrical CD "I'm Not Waiting" -- a project in collaboration with her Syracuse pal Andrew Lippa (and "Wild Party" creator; the BETTER one).
