The Heart of the Philanthropist

Betsy Weedon led equally with her heart and intellect, inspiring those around her to think, aspire and thrive.

(ATLANTA, 7 Dec. 2007) — As some of you know, my aunt, Betsy Weedon, passed away in 2006. She was a noted philanthropist, poet, art enthusiast and master gardener, living for more than 40 years in the Bay Area (San Francisco and Mill Valley, Calif.) Erudite and warm, Betsy was an expert listener and carried herself with poise throughout life.

ARTvision was inspired by Betsy, moving many of us to create purpose and positive energy - in our families and valued circle of friends.

I hope you'll join me in remembering Betsy as we acknowledge all of our sources of wisdom and inspiration as we close out 2007 and toast to a prosperous 2008. - Will Pollock
