Citabria Phillips returns again this year with a stellar mixed-media piece cased and protected in plexiglass entitled “Speaking Up.” Last year, Citabria sold her piece, “Skirt” to Barb Shadomy at Stonehurst Place.The piece is currently hanging in “The Shag’s” Hinman Suite.
